Assalamualaikum,Very important to clean the place wher amal has to be done on a daily basis.Wash janamaz properly before starting at least once,waste water should be discarded in a clean peace of land.Never perform amal in a room with attached bathroom,as such attached bathroom rooms usually stinks all the time.If the room is marbled (floored)it is best to wash it daily.If it has carpet on it then clean off the dirt with a detergent dipped piece of cloth daily from the carpet so that the carpet becomes clean.
