Keep your body clean for amal i.e. you should be pure all the time during the amal.You should not stink.Take a bath every morning.Clean your under arms and sex area clearly,remove all the hairs from there so that it may not smell.Brush your teeth regularly after every meal and gargle.If the amal has to be done in summers then work less so that you may sweat less as sweat leads to smell.Assure before starting that your clothes are not, dirty/impure (napak) I had given its details in my blog free amel school.Dont maintain sex relation with a women during amal.No movies,no dance ,no friendships during amal.
